      The payment is due on the last day of each month or the day before. 
    • 10. Do you send reminders for payments?
      Yes! We send gentle reminders 3–4 days before the due date to make sure you don’t miss it.
    • 11. What payment methods are available?
      We accept multiple secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and online payment gateways (details provided after registration)
    • 12. Is there a refund policy if I decide to stop classes?
      Yes. We believe in fairness and transparency. If you decide to stop, we will refund any unused portion of your payment for the upcoming classes that have not yet taken place. Completed or missed classes cannot be refunded since teachers are scheduled and compensated for their time. Please reach out to our support team, and we will handle your request promptly and respectfully.
