    • 5. What happens if I or my child miss a class?
      Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule. Because teachers reserve your time slot and are compensated for waiting, any lesson missed without prior notice—or a missed make-up lesson—is counted as completed and can’t be refunded or rescheduled. If you inform us ahead of time, we’ll arrange a make-up subject to teacher availability.
    • 6. Can missed lessons be rescheduled or made up later?
      Yes—please request a reschedule as early as possible so we can secure a new slot. Make-up lessons are offered subject to teacher availability and must be attended; if the make-up is missed, the session is considered used.
       
       
    • 7. What if I need to pause learning due to travel or personal reasons?
      You may request a temporary pause. Please inform us ahead of time so we can adjust your schedule accordingly.
    • 8. How do I communicate with the teacher regarding my child’s progress?
      We provide regular updates, and you can always message the teacher or our support team to ask about your child’s performance. There's also availability for the parents to monitor the finalizing sheets provided bt the teachers.
